These files are compiled and packaged binaries from the code at
https://gitlab.com/troelsarvin/topnfiles

The binary should work on most Linux systems; they are known to work on:
 - CentOS Stream 9
 - Debian 12 and 13 (it probably also works on one or more earlier generations)
 - Fedora 42
 - Ubuntu 20, 22, and 24

The RPM doesn't work on end-of-life CentOS generations (such as CentOS 7).
