Modified-ofa_kernel-1.5.4.1-OFED.1.5.4.1.src.rpm needs to be renamed to
ofa_kernel-1.5.4.1-OFED.1.5.4.1.src.rpm and replace the 
OFED-1.5.4.1/SRPMS/ofa_kernel-1.5.4.1-OFED.1.5.4.1.src.rpm which is 
contained in OFED-1.5.4.1.tgz.



About the patch files:

ofa_kernel-rhel5.8-pci_pcie_cap.patch contains the core of what needs
to be adjusted for RHEL 5.8, i.e. a very minor change.

ofa_kernel-1.5.4.1-rhel58.patch contains all the code which is needed
to make the source RPM compile on RHEL 5.8; almost all of it is a 
copy of the code for RHEL 5.7.
